Rand provides two options for transferring funds to your account: bank transfers and credit/debit card transactions. However, when it comes to withdrawing funds from Rand to your bank account, we can only offer the bank transfer option. Each option has its own associated fees. Below is a breakdown of the transfer fees associated with Rand:
Bank transfers to and from your Rand account are free of charge from our side. This means that Rand does not charge any fee for the process. However, in some cases, your bank may apply a cost to the transaction. We recommend confirming the fee structure with your bank to determine if you could be charged. Please note that the transfer process may take around 3 or 4 working days for the money to arrive in your Rand account.
If you opt to add money to your Rand account using a credit or debit card, a 0.5% fee will be applied to the transaction based on the amount you deposit using the card. Card transactions offer the advantage of instant top-up, ensuring that your funds are immediately available in your Rand account for use.
It is important to consider the benefits and timing associated with each transfer method when deciding which option to use.
If you have any further questions or concerns regarding Rand's transfer fees or the transfer process, our dedicated support team is available to assist you.
