To connect your bank account and send funds from Rand to your bank, please follow these steps:
1. If you have funds invested in Prize or Earn Accounts that you wish to top off, you need to move them to your Rand Checking Account first. Only funds in your Checking account can be sent to your banking account.
2. To initiate the process of sending funds to your bank account, start by clicking on the "Send Money" button on the Home screen.
3. As part of the verification process, you will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code to confirm your identity.
4. Next, you will be prompted to create a secret code that will be used for future top-offs. This adds an extra layer of security to the process.
5. Once you have confirmed your identity and set your secret code, you can select the amount you wish to top off and enter your bank account details.
6. Finally, verify your secret code to authorize the transaction. Once the verification is complete, the transaction will be processed, and the funds will be moved to your bank account.
