I haven't received my reward for maintaining my balance, how can I claim it?

It is first important to understand how the reward system for maintaining your balance works. 

Make sure you meet the following criteria:

• There are two reward tiers available: one for members maintaining a minimum of 500€ in their Earn and/or Prize accounts, and a second for those with a balance of 1000€ or more. Please note that balances held in the Checking account are not eligible for these rewards.
• Upon reaching either the 500€ or 1000€ threshold, you will qualify for the corresponding reward. However, the reward tokens won't be immediately credited to your account. The requirement is to maintain the minimum balance for a continuous period of 15 days. If your balance dips below the threshold at any point - even for a brief moment - the 15-day count will reset. Stay consistent to secure your rewards!

Best of all, these rewards are automatically claimed and aren't mutually exclusive - if you meet both criteria, you can receive both!
