We have streamlined the process of adding funds to Rand to make it as convenient as possible. We offer two options: bank transfer or debit/credit card. Opting for bank transfers is free, although it may take a couple of days to reflect in your Rand balance. On the other hand, card transactions are instant but incur a 0.5% fee on the deposited amount. Here is a detailed guide on how to perform both methods:
Bank Transfer:
- Open the Rand application and access the main screen.
- Tap the blue button at the bottom of the screen and select "Add money to Checking". Then choose the "Bank Transfer" option.
- View the transfer information, including the IBAN number, within the application and copy the necessary information.
- Log in to your banking portal and initiate the transfer, pasting the copied information.
- The transfer will be processed automatically from our end, but it may take between two and four business days to reflect in your Rand account.
Debit or Credit Card:
- Open the Rand application and access the main screen.
- Tap the blue button at the bottom of the screen and select "Add money to Checking". Then choose the "Credit or Debit Card" option.
- Select an existing card or add a new one.
- Enter the desired amount to be deposited and click "Add money."
- Input the CVV and complete the verification process, including additional steps on the bank's portal.
- Once verified and authorized, the funds will be transferred instantly to your Rand account.
After depositing in Rand, you decide how to allocate the funds: keep them in your current account or move them to the Earn or Prize account.
